Canada Trip

Just back from a trip to Toronto, Canada to judge a Standardbred Showcase horse show and teach 2 days of clinics. The show was held at Grand River raceway and 30 Standardbreds participated. Classes ranged from "regular" and western dressage to pleasure, jumping and games.
The clinics were held at a private farm in Burlington. The participants were mainly Standardbreds under saddle with a few driving lessons with other breeds. It was great to see lots of new people enjoying their Standardbreds and working to improve their horses and get the word out about retraining.
