 Judy Westlake is a USDF silver and gold medalist, a Certified Instructor and Graduate Core Instructor for the Balimo Equestrian Program. She has studied with Sue Blinks and Gunnar Ostergaard and is currently training with Karl Mikolka. ​    ~ Judy, among many other talents and achievements, holds a B.S. Degree in Animal Science and is a former professor at Johnson and Whales University in Equine Business Management.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY HAROLD

Harold's Express turned 30 years young this month. He was crippled at the track after setting the track record for 2 yr. old trotters at Scarborough Downs. Carol adopted him at the age of 3 and he has been a pleasure driving and riding horse ever since. Harold was in the first SPHO drill team, performed in Fantasia at Equine Affaire, was unbeaten at under saddle racing, toured the rich and famous through the carriage roads of Acadia and was the fastest roadster horse around. His injury never totally healed but it has not slowed Harold down much until recent years.
